What is the process for receiving your updated versions of Shop-Script Premium? When a new interface for either payment or shipping becomes available how do we get informed of it’s existance?

I bought the product. Great Price, too bad it doesn’t send emails to my customers or to the administrator. I have worked for two weeks with the shop-script support Alexy and the script does not work. So ar I have not been able to launch my site officially because the program does not work. Does anyone know where I can find a cart for around the same price that actually works? I have a family to feed.

Danielle,
we indeed receieved all your inquires regarding email function, but resolving your requests took time, because attention of our tech administrators was involved.
Please understand that if it would be a simple issue of sending an email from PHP, it would be resolved by our support team quickly. But your case was standing out of the common ones - it required investigation of your web server custom SMTP server configuration. Support team specialists were unable to resolve it without discussing it with tech admins.
The other reason of the delay was caused by the fact that we were unable to connect to your web server by http://FTP.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate if you understand the complexity of this case.
