Launching new WebAsyst Customer Center

This week we have opened our new WebAsyst Customer Center. We have heard from some of our clients that it would be great to be able to login to your personal account and access the history of your activities with WebAsyst LLC. This is also an excellent way for us to provide you with an easy access to WebAsyst and Shop-Script products. So we’ve created a secure website (https://my.webasyst.com/) where you can login from anywhere and access your account in our Customer Center.

The account login information is sent to you by email right after you sign up for any of our products, whether it is a free download or a purchase.

Here are some of the features you can find in new Customer Center:

  • You can download any of our free products or buy the ones that require payment. There are discounts available for customers. Don’t miss it!
  • Download latest updates
  • Access your profile (add emails, change email address, password, delete an account)
  • View order history of purchased products (sorted by order number, date, product or payment amount). An order will have “Pending” status before payment is received. If you change your mind about placing an order – you can cancel it right from the order history.
  • Send a request to customer support and see you request ticket and status, as well as the history of all your requests to Support Center. You can sort history (by ticket number, date, author or status), view any of the requests and reopen the ones that already have a “Closed” status.
