New User List interface, User Groups, enhanced user management and access control

We are pleased to announce new upgrade of the WebAsyst Software Suite. New features included in this upgrade are largely based on the suggestions of our customers, and are specially developed to benefit you by addressing your specific needs and requirements.

We have added:

  • New User List interface
  • User Groups
  • User Contact Information
  • Centralized User Access control
  • User List Import/Export

As a hosted solution customer, no action is required in order to upgrade your WebAsyst account. All changes have been applied automatically during the upgrade procedure we have implemented on March’31 2005 01:00am EDT.

SPECIAL NOTE for Document Depot, Quick Notes and Address Book subscribers: Folders & User Rights screen has been changed: Add Folder, Delete Folder & Add User buttons have been removed. To add/modify/delete folders, use main screen of the respective application now. To add new users, use Administrator/User List screen.
