WebAsyst Quick Notes is a web based online notepad where you can jot down any kind of notes and memos, organize them into folders and share those folders with your co-workers.

What you can do with Quick Notes:

• Create private or shared folders as you need in the same account (you will see all your folders on the same page)
• Grant access (Read-Only or Read/Write) to the whole folder to multiple users
• Share any notes and memos with your co-workers
• Keep your personal or corporate notes & memos online and access them from anywhere at any time
• Create as many folders as you need to organize notes
• Move contact entries from one folder to another (bulk mode)
• Search notes by any key phrase contained in the note’s subject line or content
